Took my Vette to breakfast at Waffle House
 

Well, went to Waffle House this morning for breakfast. Parked the Vette and got out. Some lady in a Prius pulls in next to me and starts yelling at me that the Vette is killing the enviroment. I said, well your car is killing jobs, it maybe assembled here, but the majority of parts are made in Japan. She walked away mumbling to herself. :flag:

Ask her about all the environmental damage that the nickel in her huge battery did...:thumbs:

Ask her if she knows the environmental impact of the production and recycling of her batteries. No need to answer her, just leave her guessing.

Just tell her your Corvette is a hybrid, it burns both gas and tires. I told that to a tree hugger driving Prius owner at REI once and her jaw dropped and she was speechless.

Should have filled her in on the C6's gas mileage compared to other V8s out there. Then you should have waited until she left and followed her to the nearest red light and pulled up next to her, downshifted so she could feel the rumble, then you shoulda taken off leaving her "Vagina" in the dust.

I read a study that said that a Prius with 0 miles on it has already produced as much emvironmental damage as a regular car at 80,000 miles. That's a huge deficit to recover from.:thumbs:
