It hides away the license plate so after a show you can pull it out and you have a front plate on your car. They're pretty neat!

That pretty much covers it. It "hides" under the front bumper so the plate doesn't interfere with the look of the car at a car show, but still allows for a visible front plate when not at a show. :thumbs:
