Accidentally bought a new Z 51 today!

3 days ago I priced the 2014 Z 51, red with red interior, automatic transmission ,no navigation, Magnetic Ride, red calipers and NPP.

today I brought my car in to have an engine light checked and lo and behold there was the car that I had priced 3 days ago sitting on the showroom floor.

it just arrived yesterday and the gentleman who ordered it didn't want it. Personal problems.

its sitting in my driveway now and I couldn't be happier.

Paid sticker and got a fair trade in on my 46,000 mile Z06.

1.9% also.

Congrats! What year was your Z06 and what did they give you for trade in value?

TacDoc 10-11-2013 05:27 PM

Gratz!

Immediate, gut level power difference sensations? Any other immediately apparent performance differences?

Congrats ...... This is why I'm staying away from four specific dealers in OH, NH, NJ and, MD next spring when I drive to up state NY from TX and back. In fact, I may just drive a rental car to be extra safe .................

30 miles...........55 to 70 mph, no rpm over 3,000 yet.

I"LL GET THERE!!!!

Its quiet. Mag ride option is pretty cool. Sport is aggressive and loud.

Crisp handling, paddle shifts are crisp w/ no lag.

Saw a steady 38 MPG on a 3 mile stretch going home (68 mph).

More info to follow.

Who did you get the 1.9 interest from, the dealer?
