What did you nickname your new C7 Stingray?
 

Lots of people choose to name their cars, usually with a female name to give it more personality than just a material object. So if you named yours, what color is your car, what did you name it and why? If you didnt name your Vette, no need to pick on us that did!

I'll go first..

I've got Cyber Grey which I am in the process of blacking out. Her name: Elvira

named after the queen of darkness herself! I felt it was fitting :-)

Night Race Blue, didn't need to name the car, GM named it - Sting Ray. Always will be referred to as such, example; Lets take the Sting Ray for a drive.

When did you get your Elvira? Mine was built November 20th, 2013 and delivered January 11th, 2014.
My Torch Red convertible's name is Elvira also. She's RED and she's HOT!

Got my Elvira on Saturday 4/12/14. Found her at a dealership about 150 miles away. She was just waiting for me. Not sure when she was built though..

The first night I drove the C7 I picked my wife up in front of a restaurant and a girl waiting beside her asked if it was the batmobile??

Since then we call it the batmobile!!

I named mine J- Lo because of its big back end. I love it!!!

I name my kids and pets...the car is just "the vette"

We call my C7 "my car". We call my wife's SRX "her car". We don't give names to inanimate objects.

In keeping with the, "I named mine, and the I won't chime in if I didn't", thread: I named my P.E. Vert, Boudicca, after the red-headed warrior queen. :cool:

It doesn't say don't chime in if you didn't name your car. It says not to pick on those that did.

We call our cars the Corvette, the Mustang and the pickup. Very original and descriptive. :cool:

I call mine Frank, it's named after some dude named Frank.

Her name is Rosie, 'cause she's red.

Dont have one yet but when I get her I'll call her "Al Wahsh" meaning "The Beast" in Arabic.
