Question about Diablo Predator Sport Tuner

Do the diablo predators do data logging that can be used to adjust the canned tunes? Im thinking of buying a Diablo Predator Sport Tuner U7194 for my base 2005 Manual transmission. Currently I only have a Vararam installed but I live in Arizona at a higher elevation so im not sure how much my elevation and high temperatures will effect the usefulness of a canned tune. I know a custom dyno tune would be best but I don't want to fork out $500 every time I add a Mod to my car. Also locally I can only get 91 octane so I'd like to set the car up for that if possible. I have a friend that can do street tuning but I don't want to have him make adjustments outside of the canned tune unless we can monitor or check the Air Fuel Ratios.

Yes. The Predator U7194 does do data logging. That is what I used to log data and then have Lew - 06MonteSS a.k.a. DiabLew do a custom tune for me on my 2007 Z06.

Your 05 model requires a U7191, the U7194 is for 06-10 models (E40 vs E38 PCM).

Thanks

Thanks guys. So does the model I need, the U7191 also do the data logging?

Yes, but i want to be sure you are aware the Predator was discontinued a few years back...
