Help identify a part please

I have a 81 corvette that is rust free except one odd spot. if you lift the hood there is a metal bar that sit against the upper body were the front of the hood meets the rest of the nose. The rusted part apparently holds the light housings in place because the drivers side is sagging. I can lift it up but its rusted bad and needs replacement. However I cant seem to find it on any websites. Can anyone help me find this part?

Yep.

Anyone ever replaced this before. Looks like I will need to take off the front end to do it. If there is any advise on it I would be grateful.
