Friday Buffet Dinner Banquet Registration and Early Show Registration ends March 10 (postmarked by March 10, online through March 12). WIN BIG ON FRIDAY NIGHT! We'll be giving away as much as $750 in Apache Casino Free Play at the Friday night banquet, so be sure to get registered before the deadline. SWOCC CORVETTE WEEKEND FINAL DETAILS
We're going to have a great weekend together and it looks like the weather will be in full cooperation as well. Here are a few final details as you prepare for the activities that you registered for. Welcome Reception at Classic Lawton Chevrolet Please take note of the overhead view of the dealership's property in the attached photo. There are two entrances that will be open for our use. A couple of our Club members will be near those entrances to point you in the right direction. For those going on the cruise, please line up in the designated area shown on the attached map when you arrive at the dealership. Once you are parked, come inside the dealership showroom for finger foods and beverages and check out the new Corvette Stingrays, Grand Sports, and Z06s. Wichita Mountains Wildlife Cruise A driver's meeting will take place at 5:00 p.m. just outside the dealership showroom's west entrance. Our departure is scheduled for 5:10 p.m. with Comanche County Sherriff's Department Deputies escorting us from the dealership to Highway 62 West. We will cruise west on Hwy 62 until we turn north on Indiahoma Road and on into the Wichita Wildlife Refuge. A map of our cruise route is also attached to this post. Friday Night Dinner Buffet at Apache Casino The cruise group will arrive at the Apache around 6:45 p.m. Parking has been reserved on the west side of the north parking lot for us when we arrive. When you enter the hotel entrance, turn to the left and you will see the check in table for dinner. Check in at the table and move into the banquet room to find a desired seat. We will have a few opening comments before sending everyone through the buffet line. Everything is included in your $30 payment with the exception of alcoholic beverages. A cash bar will be available. Don't forget, we will also give away a lot of free play at the end of dinner, so don't run off! Saturday Corvette Show A wash station will be set up on the south side of the hotel. Trailer parking is available on the south side of the hotel and also in the field directly behind the convenience store just to the west of the parking lot. An overhead view of the show parking area is attached. Once you arrive, please check in at the registration area for further instruction. If you are registered for the Show N Shine show and decide you would like to move to the Judged show, just let the registration personnel know and pay the additional $10. And be sure to check out the silent auction items!
