Im excited about the car for sure, but i expected more nuggets of information to be sprinkled over the course of the 10 months that we have been drooling over this car.
Here we are literally days away from public cars rolling down the line and we still dont know
Top Speed
Gas Guzzler exempt
100% certainty what stage 1 looks like
Aero's affect on trap speed
Ring times
Build configurator
Say what you want about Ralph, but he is available in social media and always gives up (what he can) information about the brand. Wish Tadge was more active in that manner.

While it may be true there is a lot of sharing between the Z and the C7R, there still are major differences.
The good thing is there really is a flow of tech and info learned by Corvette Racing that makes it way onto the streetcars.
It isn't much of an exaggeration to say the streetcars are really little brothers to the mighty racecar.

Actually kind of sick of hearing the technology transfer saying.Nothing but a marketing ploy.Take the bodywork off the 2 cars and you will see one is a racecar other streetcar.
Porsche GT3 is at least made on the same assembly line as race cars.

The GT3 is a PURE and beautiful driving experience but it ain't fast and it certainly ain't RACE

That's the old GT3 languishing down in the fifth row with the STINGRAY

And what the hell did that do for the GT3 the old Z06 is FASTER than the the new GT3 and hella faster than the old GT3 the OLD Z06 is also faster than the NEW 911 turbo S on a track which is what the Z was built for ..So Chevy must be doing something really RIGHT

I do admire Porsches.
Their streetcars are nice and racing history is 2nd to none....
HOWEVER, when someone states Porsche owns the Numbers Game that is complete
It simply isn't true when looking at track records, straight line speed, and most other metrics.
Ragging on Vettes and Vipers in this regard is nonsense by those trying to justify the higher price paid.
