That sort of gimmick was exhausted well over 20 years ago, sir. You are going to get pulled over if any LEO sees you rolling with those overly bright atrocities lit up.

Sure are a lot of haters on this site that feel the need to be harsh or cruel just because someone's accessorizing tastes differ from theirs. To the guy that started the thread.... I don't think it looks bad but not something I would probably do to mine. That said, it sure would be a boring world if we all had the same tastes and drove cookie cutter cars.

^I agree it would be boring if we all drove the same car. Consider the fact I briefed him on the potential for trouble with LEO's a kind gesture, sir. Whatever the case, that sight (on this site) is likely to engender the more gruff responses that you see here; most of them could be described in some shade of that including mine. You wanna throw those on at a show or for some bling or conversation starter...whatever. The bottom line is the look is sophomoric at best and outdated to be sure. As a gentleman stated above, What car of any value or held in high regard is accessorized with lights like that? Very few adults would consider the above to be an improvement. Don't ask and I won't tell. Cheers.

I would say no because it will center all of the attention on the vents rather than the car as a whole. If it was very subdued lighting maybe but as it is its overpowering. Have you looked at the lighted crossed flags for the rear? That might work. I would have to see it in person first though.
