I've been looking at almost every Corvette for sale lately and have a disinterested opinion. I'm not going to buy your car unless you sell it silly cheap (you'll get more from a dealer). I don't want to own a black car; although many people do.
KBB shows a private party value of $38,622 to $42,071.
NADA Blue Book shows a clean trade of $44,425.
Easiest way to see is to take it to CarMax (or another dealer) and see what they'll give you for it. If you get more than trade + tax value in a private sale -- you win and so does the buyer. If you don't, sell it to the dealer.
Folks can get into a new C7 for not that much more money. If you can swing $44k for a four year old (going on 5 year old) used car, you can swing $60 for a new one; your buyer isn't a person buying a budget commuter. A C7 may not have all the options, but it will be 4-5 years newer -- and well, new.
IMHO, folks like their own mods, but most detract from value to a potential buyer -- especially compared to their cost. Your front splitter looks like a headache to me and isn't a mod I would make nor want. In fact, if I want a modded car, I want to make the mods myself. YMMV.
This is just one person's opinion; everyone has one. Ask someone else and I'm sure you'll get a different opinion.
Very nice car. GLWS.

Thanks for your input. When I researched the car NADA clean retail was $50,075. I believe KBB was in the mid $40's and not many dealers use KBB. It's not like you see that many 2011's this clean with such low miles which should definitely have a bearing on the price in my opinion. As far as the front splitter I still have the stock one and plan on putting it back on when I sell it.

I think the price is pretty fair especially considering the really low miles. You are in the right ballpark. I've seen cars like this online and dealers are asking in the low 50's for a GS with similar miles and same year.
Heck if I had a job now I'd look into buying it

I know this car. Pic's don't do it justice. Clean, clean, clean. The owner is absolutely meticulous with this particular car as well as others in his collection. GLWS!
