Default Motor mounts, Short/Wide or Tall/Narrow

For my 1969 BBC what size mount does it use?

Slide under the car and measure from the motor mount bolt head to the cross member. There is almost an inch difference between the 2 mounts.

Thanks, I don't have the engine or old mounts. Just the frame.

I measured the frame mount at 2.5" so the short/wide look to be correct.

Buy from one of our supporting vendors...better assurance of getting the right ones!

I searched the Summit site and bought these because the site shows them as fitting the 69 427 Corvette, but they don't, they are the tall and narrow style.

Don't buy these:

Been there. All the parts store catalogs have them listed wrong for a big block C3.

Well that's good to know because I have the DEA that I dropped off at the shop that will be installing my engine.
