How many C7 owners are also MC riders?

For me, this is a real nostalgia thread -- sold my last motorcycle, a four-cylinder Kawasaki, 16 years ago. Never raced, but did take one of Keith Code's race classes at Laguna Seca back in the '80's. At one point, biking was a huge part of my life. Did a bit of touring around the western U.S. and a lot of riding thru the California foothills. Most of my bikes were "cafe racer" types and I even made an early Honda Goldwing look like a cafe racer: low bars, raised pipes and stands, cast wheels, sticky "R-compound" tires, modified suspension front and rear, radiator air deflectors paint gloss black to blend with the frame, valve covers and cam belt covers in flat black to visually reduce their bulky size, and on and on.... Looked nice, but was still a road cruiser with the heavy shaft drive, etc. Wish I could find a picture of that bike; visually, it was very nice.
Well, I'll knock off the rambling. Probably won't get another bike (I'll be 72 this summer), but every once in a while I get the urge to find and restore an old '71 or '72 Norton Fastback. I'm probably smarter sticking to my 4-wheeled C7, though.

yes 42 years
Probono, you got me by 7 years! I started on a yamaha 175 YZ?? and then got a basket Pan head in 1973, then to a shovel head. Used to take us 2 or 3 days to get to sturgis from Denver!! Something always broke but we had a blast and I really learned to wrench those things. Spent more than one night on roadside in sleeping bag. Currently on a fat boy low. LOVE the anti lock brakes no matter what anyone says.

I know it's a crotch rocket (2013 MV Agusta F3) and many of you won't care much...but I just love how perfectly my car and bike match! I will say, since I purchased the vette (my first by the way), I never really ride the bike! I really think I enjoy the car more! Although I barely ever rode the bike before I got the car because if it was nice enough to ride, I was usually on the lake, wake boarding.

Yup. But I'll have to admit, the bikes do more sitting in the garage sense the C7 came home.

Drifting
I've been riding/racing my whole life. Travelled the country racing for a little while but still ride for fun these days. Honda RC51 1000cc Twin for street/track use. Vmax 1700 for street fun, and just picked up the new KTM 250SXF Factory edition last week.
The C7 is my first vette. Had no interest in Corvettes until the C7 came out.

The F3 is a gorgeous machine. My back, neck and shoulders couldn't tolerate more than about 10 minutes on one, though....
I'm curious about one thing: What's under the tires on the pic with the bike in the garage? Is that something to make it easier to move the bike around, or....?
