What was the DA and what's your elevation? This is right in line to what Stingrays run stock at my closest track. We have terrible DA's here at 2300+ ft above sea level and bad track prep. I think the best a stock C7 has ran on my track is 12.5.

I don't no what was the Da sorry but my last run was the 12.5 it was 60 degrees that run
I No this car could run 12.2 to .11.9
But I just can't figer out why my 12.8 run was faster in the 1/8 mph how deferant the da could be in that hour if anything could of be better

With 69' elevation and 60 temp you should be making great power, 1.976 60' is not great but not bad for your stick. I get 1.75's best 60's and 7.6's best 1/8, 11.78 best 1/4 at 1100' and around 70 temp on DR's A8 none Z51 no mods. Stock tires 12.17 1/4. I leave my hood open before I run to remove heat soak between runs and try to run at about 160 temp for best runs. You my want to try the launch control and the hotter you run the slower.

What was the 1/8 speed and your trap speed in 1/4
The thing is I ran 12.5 befor in New England with a 2.2 60ft and now a 12.5 with a 1.9 60ft

So all you have is the tune, no other mods. As an experiment, try uploading the factory tune back into the car and make a pass that way. See if it improves. Your trap speeds are down for what you should be trapping for the conditions also.
This isn't necessarily directly Corvette related, but from previous experiences, after market tunes can be finicky. Sometimes they're too aggressive with spark timing and air/fuel ratio that they start pulling timing and you end up making LESS power. An example would be with my Shelby. I uploaded a Lund tune that everybody swore by. My 1/8 mile trap speed and time improved over stock, but my 1/4 mile time and and trap speed were actually LOWER than stock. I think the reasoning for this is the knock sensors were detecting a good amount of knock once I shifted into 3rd gear that it wasn't detecting or at least not as much in gears 1 and 2. The extra load on the engine in 3rd gear probably caused detonation causing the car to lose power after the 1/8th mile.
This is partially why I'll never modify a new car ever again. While there are some good power mods that will make noticeable differences, I now strongly believe a lot of it is marketing and the difference some of these cheap, quick and easy mods make is negligible on most cars. Not all, but most.

Was between 93.5 - 93.9 in the 1/8, close to 119 in the 1/4. I plan on going again Nov 1st, the DR's I have are old maybe 6 years so they are not soft as new and don't hook like new on every run, I think if good conditions next time that I should get in the 11.6's. But with 1.9 60' your getting I would think low 12's and high 7's in the 1/8th. Sometimes I have got strange MPH on a time slip.

I might be goin back next wendsday should I put the stock tune back and reload the tune or leave t stock and then add it next run

I would have to go home to see that slip but when I ran the 12.17 it was with the street tires in Launch control on. In the past I got little to nothing from a box tune. I do not plan on using any tune and am not going to Mod this car. I can try to look up that run slip after work and post it for you. The best thing to do is DR's and about 40 lbs in the front tires. Stop as soon as the second light comes on at the line.
