Default Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool

Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool

Here is the Hawk LS Series Harmonic Balancer Installation Tool. It has been on market for over 10 years now and proven itself to be a must when installing a harmonic balancer. Universal installer tool kits do not work well with the GM LS Series motors. No longer do you have to chance stripped or damaged crank threads trying other installation methods.

There are two versions offered, the GM LS1, LS6, LS2 & LS3 or the GM LS7. The GM LS7 version is approximately 3 inches longer due to the deeper crank threads in the GM LS7. So the tool needs to be longer. The GM LS7 version can be used on other LS motors but there may be clearance issues with the added length of the tool during use.

Is it short enough to fit between the rad and the engine? In other words, do I have to take off any extra stuff to be able to use this? Dumb question, but I would like to know before ordering one.

I took my rad out when using this so I can't help. How do you plan on getting the cam out with the rad in? No way you could get it out...

Like to say what a great product you are offering us. Ordered mine 2 weeks ago and used it for the first time today without any issues. Also the price makes it even better. Thanks
