Default ***NANO Nitrous Kit -100 shot, Install and Dyno***

I just picked up my car a couple days ago from the guys at Quality Motorsports, and holy crap, this things hauls!!! I just had them do my cam and bolt on's about a month ago, but of course i figured i needed a little extra kick. I've been looking at nitrous sets up's for a while, and i found that the NANO system was the best way to go as far as power and efficiency. Patrick did a flawless job on the install, very clean. It's as discrete as you can get. Outside of the bottles in the back which are hidden under the sunshade, you wouldn't even know its there. With the window switch set at 3600rpm to activate, and 6700 to shut off, i dont have to worry about driver error to mess anything up. As far the power, yeah more than i expected from just a wet 100 shot! The gain in torque was sick.

Wow! Some big increases on a small shot! Yeah, your TQ is crazy! Have you hit it yet? Does it just blow the tires off? (what tires you running?) Nice install.

Yeah i punched it twice, and it pretty much melts the tires off. you can feel them just clawing at the pavement trying to find traction through 2nd and 3rd. I made Patrick drive me in it first before i got behind the wheel! The nitto invo's are brand new and i wish i hadn't gottem them now just because they can't handle that kind of power very well at all. I'll have to find a set of drag radials that are good for the street. But it's a hell of a lot of fun!

Dammit Carlos! Looks like my lack of patience got the best of me again... Oh well, the fun I've had with my mods over the last several weeks completely outweigh whatever savings i would have incurred by waiting!

Also, was this on the stock bottom end?

I think most of the main components are from nitrous outlet. The bottles are from nitroDaves. The window switch in MSD. just call Patrick at QMS.

And yes, this is on the stock bottom end. Anything larger than a 100 shot might be getting greedy, and start to require further mods. I'm sure Carlos can speak to what needs to be upgraded when you want a bigger shot and at what levels.

The shot size is strictly dependent on the pill size...so you can run a 50 shot or a 200 shot. The setup, installation, tuning, etc...is all the same. Seems like a lot of work, time, and money for an extra 50hp though. Be better off buying a cam or if you have a cam already, then get some heads. At least that way, you'll have the extra 50hp 100% of the time and it will never run out.
