Default C7 Diablotune results!

We completed development of our tunes for the C7 Corvettes today, and will be releasing them this week in the inTune and Trinity tuners.

Gains were about 20 rwhp and 25+ ft/lbs, much improved throttle response, improved shifting from the A6, and overall peppier feel from the tune.

Dyno from an A6:

Your AFR is off the charts! Literally.

Did you do anything about the skip shift? Can that be disabled with a tune, or is there a hardware requirement?

Great gains!

Like all of our previous Corvette tunes, skip shift will be disabled in the tunes for the manual trans cals, load the tune and it's gone

Is this a 93 octane tune?

Are you doing any work on a E85 tune?

the intune release was built and put out Friday, trinity release will likely happen Monday, and we'll announce it to everyone at that time

If anyone has a tool and is waiting, email me, and I'll get you up and running.

yes, this was a 93 tune, there is a 91 tune offered as well.

We don't plan an e85 canned tune, but any of our cmr dealers could set you up with one

Thanks

Great system, Diablo is awesome. Sure beats paying $400-500 for a $10 USB cable and a POS Windows application to tune your car like the 'other' companies.

What are you doing to do, lug a Windows laptop around in case you need to flash back to stock??

Great job Diablosport.

Will you have the option to have a Header or Intake tune on this thing? Or do you need to do custom CMS tuning for that?

The EPA does not like us putting header tunes in the tools, but yes, any CMR tuner can make that happen for you via email

yeah this seems like a no-brainer. Nice work guys!

What's the cost? This will probably be the best dollar per horsepower buy.

The intune updates have been released, there was a key cycle addition needed for the C7 so that's being added to trinity and we'll confirm it tomorrow, and release it tomorrow afternoon

Thanks

For someone that is only going to do headers + CAI + tune... would there be a need for trinity, or would intune do exactly what it needs.

Both tools have the same tunes and custom tuning ability, the trinity is for the person who might do lots of logging, or would prefer to keep an eye on things while driving, or wants to use the LED shift light or gauge alarms, etc.

Any intune or trinity will work, they are all the same and can be updated once you have them

Either tool will auto update once it's registered on the PC.

Thanks

We haven't released Trinity...yet, due to a weird issue with the DOD disable not working, but everything else is spot on. If you can live without that, I'll gladly email you the update.
Shoot me an email, mlitsch @ diablosport.com and I'll get you going
