We sell alot of superchargers to customers in hot states and it's not an issue. Obviously if you are in the desert and hard pounding on the car non-stop your going to eventually start seeing the supercharger get heat soaked BUT I have not heard from many customers about ht eheak soaking issuys
Also, the installation is very easy

Just got the word back from Edelbrock that they do not have their C7 instructions available online yet. I would look at the C6 install as it should be pretty similar. The C7 supercharger kits are easier to install than the C6 and I know we were installing the Eforce in about 2-3 days
