I wouldn't order a dollar from these guys if they were selling them for a penny. Reps have attitudes, and I am a couple days shy of being over 2 months since I have placed an order and no estimated time frame in sight! Contacted a couple of times asking when they think they will get them, and all I get is "well sir, nothing is promised on our website". I get that, but it seems someone would contact Kooks to see when the order would be done now that we are creeping up on 2 months, and past here in a couple of days. Their website says 3-5 weeks, and I get nothing helpful at all when I contact for information. Love to take your money, but after service is go screw yourself. Will NEVER purchase or recommend to anyone! Spend your money elsewhere.

I second this post. I have been waiting 3.5 months for my Kooks headers and x pipe. Customer service has been responsive and friendly, but gives me the same BS every time I contact them. They say they have a shipment coming in and my order should be on it. Clearly they have no clue when my order will show up. So much for 3-5 weeks....

I'm in the same boat. Ordered the header/xpipe/intake package on April 30th. The intake came in last week, but zero word on the Kooks. I've called multiple times with the SAME EXACT BS! "We've got a shipment that's supposed to be in next week and your order should be part of that".

Not sure how they're still a vendor on here with such terrible customer service and consistently failing to meet delivery windows.
