Have not heard about that procedure. Do you have any more info on it or a link?

And are you going to be at the St. Jude check presentation tomorrow? I'll be there - I'm staying in Millington at the Navy base tonight.

Yes sir I'll be there!

Southern car parts and RPI Designs both sell a vacuum tube relocation kit. It moves all those ugly lines out of sight.

Thought I would put this old thread back into action to see if anyone has done this? I believe the kit moves the lines that currently run across the fuse box.

I wanted to do this so I picked up a kit a while back on sale. I haven't done it yet. It doesn't look too tough, but it requires cutting all of the existing connections, then using the new hoses. I just haven't been that committed to cut everything yet. Maybe this winter, but I also am curious to see about getting the OEM 2017 tubing as it is both slimmer and rerouted.

I dunno, if I get motivated I'll dig into it further.

For me it's simply to "clean-up" the look of the engine bay - especially if I decide to add a cover to the fuse box.

Ah, I see, under-hood art only.

The way the tubing is routed looks kinda like an afterthought to me. I guess it was done for accessibility, but they didn't seem to worry about that with the 2017's because it looks like they cleaned it up. I'm **** like that, it's like having a bunch of cords running around the cockpit. Not in my car!

Yup - I don't see any performance increase with this mod
