I really don't know for sure but my guess is that Chevrolet will require a VIN to verify that you have one of these Specialty Corvettes before they will allow you to buy the Stinger Stripe. They have done this in the past on certain Specialty Corvettes. Just my 2 cents worth ...

There are two different styles of the Jake Skull Hood Decal!
There is the one-piece two-tone carbon flash decal which is the same size and shape as the hood stinger, and that is available for the Stingray and the Z06,
Now, there is also a different style Jake Skull logo which only came on the C7.R. This will fit the Z06's and probably the Stingray as well but that has not been confirmed yet.
Amazing that its a $500 option when ordered from the Factory ... Keep in mind the C7.R decal will require you have an Exposed Carbon Fiber Stinger for it to look right.

On the decal pictured on the z06 c7r with the exposed carbon fiber hood, would you mind measuring the decal when you can at the widest part on at the top closest to the windshield in inches, as well as overall length, that way I can confirm if it would work on the standard stingray, THANK YOU

We don't currently have one of these decals but hopefully will fairly soon!

The decal is 21.5" across the cranium of the skull,
12" across the jaw of the skull,
and 31" in total length.
How much did they charge for it if you don't mind my asking

I bought it on Black Friday when they had it on sale. They had the wrong price on their ad (in my favor) and honored their mistake. Great company to deal with!
