Default Attn Radioflyer Innovations Customers

Attn Radioflyer Innovations Customers

Due to unforeseen family struggles , my capacity to answer phone calls and emails at the normal lighting-fast response time will be diminished. If you cannot get a hold of me by phone, PLEASE send me an email. I will do my best to have all emails answered within 24 hours if possible.

All current orders are still being processed and will ship out on the soonest possible time schedule.

Update:
As of yesterday, things are officially beyond repair. My wife filed for divorce. I will spare you the details but I will simply say it is taking it's toll on me. Again, If my responses to your inquiries are delayed, please understand I have a tremendous amount more to contend with than I had ever planned to have. Nevertheless, I will strive to continue providing the quality products and customer service that have come to be synonymous with Radioflyer Innovations.

Update 8-4-16
My parents have flown up to visit, but while here my father's lung cancer and stress of my divorce has cause him to be in and out of the VA hospital. He was transported to UM hospital last night. This combined with a barrage of slander from my future ex may result in delayed responses to emails. Please know that I WILL answer all emails as soon as I can

UPDATE 8-26-16:
The office is setup at the new location and most of the current orders have been shipped out. We are beginning to receive parts at the new address so remaining orders should ship out mid-late next week. If you have questions, please send via email and I will answer them as soon as possible. Orders ARE being processed, but are still going at a slower-than-normal pace. This means Thank you for your patience

Update: My father's condition has deteriorated substantially. The VA hospital refusing to give him "choice" (private care funded by the VA which MANY veterans have) and still after months we are still waiting to get treatment from the VA oncologist. As of this afternoon, my father is in the hospital again. Doctors say he is in early stages of heart failure and believe his liver is affected as well. A PET scan last week revealed spreading of cancer to the bones in his hips and thoracic region.....and still the VA hospital does nothing.

I will continue to process orders and answer questions as soon as possible, but If I do not answer in my characteristically rapid fashion, please know that I am most likely at or going to/from the hospital.

I am immensely grateful for the time I have gotten to spend with my dad especially in the past few days. I find some comfort and amusement in the fact that He used to be the one doing all the driving, and now I'm the one driving him everywhere.
