The owner's manual gives recommendations on tire rotation - it's in the maintenance schedule.

You can if you want swap them side to side but i'm not sure if its really needed. Since the tires are only good for about 25000 miles I would say every 5K miles and not the standard 7K miles rule that applies to most other cars. OR like the person above you can rotate once about 1/2 way through the tire's life cycle.

Tire Rotation
The tires should be rotated
every 12 000 km/7,500 mi. See
Maintenance Schedule on
page 11-2.
Tires are rotated to achieve
uniform wear for all tires. The
first rotation is the most
important
See Page 10-61 in the 2015 owners manual

That's a tricky question. Part of it depends on the tire, the stock tires are not only directional, the fronts are a different size than the backs. So, you could un-mount \ remount (put the left on the right and right on the left) the tires and 'rotate' them that way, but most folks don't bother with that. Too much risk in damaging a wheel, and I can't imagine it's all that great for a tire either.
Hope this helps.

There was a lot of discussion on this a year or so ago. Several members reported a reduction in tire noise after side to side rotation. No adverse affects were noted. I had my tires rotated at 7K miles along with one of my free oil changes. The service writer stared at the tires for a while before he was convinced they were NOT directional like C6 OEM tires. The C7 Z51 tire have different compounds across the tread and are different from the outside (visible side) to the inside (under the car). The outside of the tires are labelled.
