The motor is located in springfield mo. The burn mark is from a exhaust leak, I replaced this motor with a built super charged motor.

Is it plugged and taped up so nothing can enter the motor? The pics you put up don't indicate it is.

It is sealed in a large plastic bag, just took it off to take pictures

You say this is a dry sump motor but it looks like a wet sump motor. Dry sumps don't have the oil cap on the drivers valve cover.

yes it is a dry sump motor. the dry sump motor has the oil cap to in the valve cover but there is no access hole in the coil covers. & if you look at the second picture you will see the two access holes in the oil pan for the 2 oil lines and there is no dip stick
