I have one sitting in my garage, functional and in good condition. I believe it came out of an 08 or 09 1lt. It came with a pair of seats I bought, but didn't use it. Assuming Jon is in fact still alive and well, and still intends to ship me the seat base.....
FYI , I did the same conversion , you also need the Lumbar Switch , even if its to fill the hole in the switch cover as that is the only way the cover comes
And the metal plate that holds the switches and cover in place
