Default Track Tire Wear--is this looking about right?

Love my C7, and thoroughly enjoy tracking the car. After completing the runs, I wondered if the tire wear appears normal--cold tire temps at 31 psi.

Mine look the same after tracking, both HPDE and autocross. The wear of having fun. Just can't think of the miles that got worn off.

Actually looks like you weren't pushing it that hard.

mine looked like that too, it's just rubber from the track fused into your hot sneaks yo.

Yep, it's normal. After driving at the street for a while, the wavy pattern should wear off, and it should look normal again.

Normal. Here are mine after 5 sessions at COTA. I had tons of pick up because they where running a Porsche Cup race the same day. Made for a fun 70 mile ride home.

On the photo of the rear tire there is a small arrow with the pointer near the tread wear line. That shows you that your pressure maybe slightly low because the wear is passing the point of the arrow, but ask someone running the track day. They usually are pretty knowledgeable about this stuff.

It could also mean that the camber is not enough. That's why you would always need a pyrometer to correctly determine what needs to be done.

I am running 18's. Will diameters of 25.5" and 27.5" cause issues? Two inches seems like a lot
