Default Courtesy delivery and clear bra in SoCal??

Hello

Looking for a dealer to take courtesy delivery in SoCal. Anyone have any recommendations/positive experience? Additionally, after I receive my car I'm looking to clear bra. Any recommendation on shops or independent installers?

Thanks!

I am looking to buy my first Corvette ever and I am not familiar with the courtesy delivery.
Do you use another dealer to order it? Who?

Rydell or Santa Paula, both great dealerships, but stay away from auto nation in Valencia, they did a miserable job on one of our club members curtesy delivery, it bordered on being criminal.

You buy your car from another dealer back east and it is ship directly from GM factory to a local dealer .The local dealer prepares all DMV paper work and sometime details the car. They have a fees between 500.00 and 750.00. Most dealers here in CA charge way to much.Big dealers like Kerbeck, MacMulkin , Rick Conti etc.

Several of us in the club, including myself. have has a GREAT experience with Autoskinz. They are great group of people. The owner and his wife are true pros at their jobs and are super nice to deal with. I don't normally recommend people or businesses but in this case I make an exception.

Thanks, I've had almost my entire z done there as well. The owner couple did go out of their way to complete my car even working over a weekend to get the job done. Just a few issues I would have expected to be handled differently when a very prominent area resulted in a defect that could only be remedied by removal and reapplication of that section. But the only solution I was offered was "just try not to look at that part". Other than that they were great.

You should try your local dealer first to see if they can offer you a close deal. I seriously didn't wanna go thru courtesy delivery and etc.

Anyways, that's what I did and my first Corvette will be built next month!

The deal was pretty close to one of those pre-order specials those big dealers had.

Are you in SoCal or NorCal?

I'm sorry I have to vote against Autoskinz. I paid them $200 to detail the outside of my C5 in Feburary when I didn't have time.

I was extremely disappointed. I've had better jobs done at the car wash for $25.00 and a $5.00 tip.

Which is why I didn't bother spending $3400 with them to have the tint, Xpel, and Clearplex windshield protector installed on my C7 Z06. Instead drove the 80 miles to Protective Film Solutions.

A shame really, Autoskinz is right around the corner from my office. I was really looking for someone I could trust to detail my cars when I didn't have the time or energy.

Are you Valencia People going to Rydell for service?

I have a new Z51 being shipped to me in Stevenson Ranch and have been reading some of the overfill nightmares on the dealer oil changes.

Thanks.

Rydell, is a great dealership to work with, however I use Santa Paula. These guys are SUPER GREAT. They have been taking care of both of my vettes. They found a GROSS FU/L up on my 08 zo6 that had been messed up by Allen Guinn chevy in Burbank. I can't recommend they enough. They are just super people.
