Buying a used 2007 C6 - Does the c6 you more girls?
first id like to say im new to the forum and excited to be a corvette owner and this has been my dream car forever, soon to be c6 owner.
i wanted to know from the other drivers in the forum does owning the c6 get you more girls?

Do body builders get more girls? Its more like, "how much you bench bro?" You'll get more attention from men lol. Its more like, "how fast is it?"

lol, if anything it is quite the opposite. My wife said she thought twice about going out with me for our first date because of my C6Z, said she figured I was probably a tool. I have found most women couldn't care less about my car, but guys love it. My wife loves to joke about my "man magnet"

Here's my life experiences with all this:
Some women (a small percentage) will be attracted to a guy with a Vette.
Some women (a small percentage) will be attracted to a guy with a Harley.
Some women (a small percentage) will be attracted to a musician.
Some women will be attracted whatever else: Beards, no beards, dark hair, light hair . . . the list is endless. The materialistic attractions probably fade as we get older.
Although for men, a woman MUST pass the vision test. This never goes away until we draw our last breath.

I think i only had 1 or 2 girls compliment my car. Most recent one was a milf at a stop light. Probably in her 40s. Maybe her ex-husband had one, maybe she was a corvette fanatic. But i thought it was cool.
Other than that, no. The C6 attracts nothing but guys and kids. Kids pointing and waving, guys trying to race and throwing a thumbs up.
You want to attract girls? Get something german. Anything german.
I had a girly 2001 audi TT and i've gotten more stares and looks from girls than all of my other cars COMBINED. And i owned a lot of cars in my day.

My 10 lb. Yorkshire terrier, god rest his soul. He was a chick magnet. At my age ladies run when they see my Vette, they need someone driving a handicapped equipped van.
