Default New z06

I would just like to say a positive statement......the C7 Z06 Corvette is a MAJOR step forward. I have owned many Corvettes over the past. Stay tuned for next year!!

As a 15 and 16 Z06 owner, I couldn't agree with you more.

It really is an unbelievable piece of machinery. It is one hell of a combination of in your face major items......like 650 HP and so many nice small things that makes you say gee that is neat!!!

Its just a cool car.

Thanks guys. I think we all agree that piks really don't do the Z justice. Friends I haven't seen in almost 20 years flew down this weekend; I hadn't seen them since our Military time together. Their 18 year old son was with them and I offered him a spin. We took a very... spirited ride down the highway and then I hit an overpass and we turned around, pulled over and asked if he thought he might like to drive... he was ecstatic. I had to laugh as we neared his grandfathers house where we had been recounting time and he asked if I could call his father and let them know he would be pulling up there behind the wheel. Dad video'd the return and it was the highlight of their trip... It's funny...just a car you know but capable of so much more...

I love this post. I thought I was the only one that is driving this car. When I traded in my ZL1 with 31K on it I was told I was crazy for buying this car as a daily driver.

So far it is just amazing. Crazy fast and I picked up 5 mpg from what my ZL1 got without even trying. Only issue is trying not to end up in jail. This car does 150 mph without even trying.

Well if it's a photo lovefest then I'm in. Already accused of being a fanboy, might as well!

The car actually has Stage 2/3 aero but may not have had it all on yet, some of these are delivery day, some are current day. I'll throw a picture of the steering wheel in too although its not installed in the old pictures... I guess it's really time to take some new photos!

That's great that you let others drive it to share the experience, I do the same
