Doing a carb conversion on my 84 Vette, what exact fuel regulator should I get for this, will it be one with return line on it? What part or company who makes it

There was a guy who just used a Y fitting with no regulator to feed his carb. He said it worked.

I've seen this one mentioned previously and seems to have a return line provision. Seems maybe expensive. I'd think there should be others.
