You most likely have worn/hard/shrunk manifold gaskets. Just go to NAPA, Autozone, Advance and purchase a new set and pop them in. Make SURE that the manifold bolts are properly torqued in place and the manifold isn't hitting anything that will prevent to from seating all the way on the head surface.

If the gaskets are in good shape and the manifold is not fully sealing you need to carefully verify:
1. You are properly applying the correct TORQUE to the intake Manifold and fully compressing the gaskets.
2. That the manifold is NOT resting or contacting something that prevents it from properly seating fully on to the heads
3. Was your block or heads decked to change the seating surface between the heads and the manifold??

I am putting it back on today and will make sure I recheck and verify its right . I check and recheck everything I do to it could have missed something.. ,looked like the gaskets were sealed intake port side didn't look like the oil was getting into the port the oil was on the outboard side of the gaskets and was just on three ports ?? runs good and I have not decked the block or heads . My A/C was blowing A/C all over the place was checking for the prop. so pulled off the intake to make sure all was good on the back side vak line , Batt. acid had eaten the line going to the cabin , I just replaced with all new lines going back together right now .. Thanks for your help..

Yes ,I have it right on my how to do it sheet ..and am holding 20 lbs. vac. on the HVAC A/C lines witch is why I took the intake off in the first place.. I just do the middle , corners and then a star pattern on the intake I guess that's right ?? Thanks for your input..
