I'm curious if anyone has had any dealings with Vivid Racing recently? On their website, their price for Akrapovic exhaust is cheap. Maybe it is too good to be true. I would post a link, but I'm not sure if that is allowed on the forum.

Not a fan. They are just up the street from me.

Its listed at $1485, but then you have to select an option for tips, which are all $1500+. so it is $3000+ for a SS exhaust system in the end.

^agree above. I have never known Vivid Racing to be competitive with price....if anything, they are ALWAYS on the high side.

ok, it seems like I misunderstood. I didn't pay attention to the "+" sign when choosing the tips, I just thought that was the total price ($1525). Thanks for catching my mistake.

Vivid Racing is an authorized dealer of Akrapovic (HRE is the North American Distributor, so we control this). If there's any concern I would simply call them and verify the accuracy of the price. If you have any concerns that I can address, feel free to send me a PM or email.

You can get the Akra with 115mm tips for less than 3k from a forum vendor...Mine had a shipping label from HRE but I didn't order directly from them...

We don't sell Akrapovic directly to the public so buying from an authorized vendor is always going to be the case. You did it correctly, it'll just have our label on it if it was shipping from our location because we do house a sizable amount of inventory.
