I know you're asking "USA" made but I would use the Ferrea's line of valves, in our opinion these are by far the best valves in the arena.

Thanks, Gary in N.Y.

P.S. We've not had a single issue with this brand, we try to avoid ALL the other brands when possible. We can't always, but we do our best!

I found PBM valves to be a great quality and value (recommended by Chad Speier)

You didn't say what heads. When you go to bigger heads or a stockish type iron you can go out to 2.055 or even 2.05 with bigger ground out seats. The Manley proflow or raceflow have a tulip stem and radiused head. They have flow gains over a multi seat idea.

My job at one time was the head and injection person on a sprint car team

It's a 69 L46 car stock heads etc...numbers matching car just trying to use good OEM style parts non-china made...not necessarily easy though..

I believe the PBM brand is reboxed from made in China parts. Heard they are good looking pieces but made in China.

When the York valve plant closed many years ago that was the last USA made performance valve company. The old KSG Manley. BBB bought the assets of the company during the Dynagear Bankruptcy.

Valves sold in this country come from:
Brazil
Argentina
Turkey
India
China
Israel

Don't know if this helps but Ferrea valves are made in Argentina however I believe they still make some custom and high end components from scratch in their Florida facility

I'd be curious the facts. I know PBM parts are almost always (may be 100%, I'm not sure) reboxed parts from the big names. For example, their cranks are Scat. I do not know who's valves they use, but as I mentioned Chad Speier of Speier Racing Heads recommended them to me. Here is an excerpt from our conversation:

"I've used every valve out there. The best bang for the buck is the PBM USA kit. Great valves, Erson springs, USA retainers, locks, studs, guide plates."

...I did not buy them in a kit, rather just the valves and used the matching springs and parts for my Comp Cam from Comp.
