My oil lab results......Don't think this is good.
Can someone please explain this to me. The oil was probably around 3800-4200 miles on it. I had about 30% oil life left on monitor. This was after the dealership replaced my oil pressure sensor. I have a feeling this may not be good?
Car is stock besides CAI and deleted mufflers. Daily driven since 20k miles. Car has 61,500 on it now. Never raced on the drag strip or race track. Occasional wot runs every now and then. Heads have been fixed too.

What is your oil pressure like? loss of pressure might indicate bearings.
You should check my thread to see my results after 3K miles and switching oil:

They said it did over the phone. I'm still getting 15psi at 185* (normal operating temp). I'm sure if it went to 200* plus it'll go back to 12 to 13 like it was before. The tech said it was normal to be at that range, yet in the book it says 20 to 80 under normal operating temps which is what my temp was. When I got there and tested it it still showed under at 16psi. Cold start was still 55psi.

If so, typical dealer mechanic nonsense, no surprise.

When you combine your low oil pressure and the Blackstone comments that the high copper and lead content could be from the bearings, it's definitely cause for concern. Whether or not they want to admit that your pressure is low, it is low. Have you shown them the oil analysis results yet?

With 6 BL tests over 27K miles on my 09Z, Copper and lead readings have been 1 to 5 PPM so your readings are way beyond that, plus your oil pressure on M1 5W-30 is low at idle. I would see 22-25 PSI at 650 rpm idle at 175* and was not happy about 17 PSI at idle at 265* oil temp (track day).
Whether the dealer wants to believe it or not, your car has bearing problems. Have you moved the issue up to the regional service guy? With the BL report, they may want to dig further or you may want to take it to an indipendent shop that can change out the bearings before they fail completely.
High copper and lead would be bearings up thru 2011. In 2012 they went with no-lead bearings and had quite a few engines eat themselves.

You typed "Heads have been fixed too." With bronze guides? I am no UOA expert (Very far from it.) but isn't high copper indicative of bronze guides being worn? I ask because my BSL report read "Copper looks good next to universal averages, so it doesn't look like the new bronze guides have worn excessively."

Worn rod bearings often will leave the rod bearing egg shaped, often elongated.
With lass bearing material on the side, the sides are pulled in a bit. Resulting in new bearings locking up the crank. Rods can be reconned easy and cheap if need be.

I dropped the car off on Thursday at a performance shop around here. They have to open the claim with my warranty. I will prob hear back from them next week. I will keep thread updated for sure.
What would cause this, honestly? I never raced the car on the track or drag strip. I have done a few highway runs every now and then. It is basically stock. Always ran mobil 1 5w30 and Ac delco filter. Changed it when the change oil sign came on which was usually around 4500 miles give or take some. Sometimes 5k miles. It was a daily driver as well. Had it since 20k miles.

These things can happen and it be no fault of the user. The greatest racing teams in the world can put things together and it fails. Something as goofy as a small installation error or a part defect that you can't see can be the issue. I'm really interested to hear that they find out.
