Ouch!!!!!!
I was involved in a 3 car accident Monday. I was unexpectedly greeted by a Cadillac Escalade. The Caddy was hit hit by another vehicle which caused the Caddy to come flying my way. Not used to having a big SUV right in my face. Insurance is going to pay for my car to the tune of $12xxx. I am also asking for loss of value claim too. I just had a new engine put in about 3k miles ago so I mentioned that if they were going to total it i would present documents/ receipts of new engine repair that i would seek to recover since i was an innocent victim. I also think I am upside down in my loan as I owe more than car was worth.

tell me about it. I just got my car back from mechanic several months ago and new engine has about 3000 miles on and now i will be without it again for at least a month they say. But I got a nice rental. Nissan Rogue with only 18 miles on it. I am the first renter.

How did the Caddy get all that damage on the left side and still manage to move in your direction? Looks like it happened on US 63 at Deer Park Road. The cosmetic damage is an easy fix. I would ensure that however is repairing the car checks the left front suspension very closely since it looks like that wheel took the brunt of the impact.

Here are all 3 vehicles with #3 in background, which was at fault and cited for failure to yield.

Glad you are ok. That's the most important thing. I think getting on and off 63 with those speed up lanes they just built is more confusing for people than the traditional intersection.
Did I see your car downtown at Flat Branch at lunch time on Monday? There were three Vettes there, mine and two others.

Yea i hear ya. I checked out the estimate and you're right the headlight is a grand. I told the auto body that i wanted only GM equip. the accident wasn't my fault and I shouldn't have to compromise quality for $.

You won't see me for at least a month the auto body said. I'm usually on the south end of town around grindstone/nifong. I live in the neighborhood across from KOMU. Hence why i was in the area at the wrong time.
