I recently had my OnStar module replaced on my 2016 Corvette and the Onstar Lights on mirror stay bright even at night. Not sure if this was the case before but I notice it now. Can you guys check to see if your mirror lights dim when headlights come on? Thanks!!!

Mine dim. Is the dash light control turned up to high ?

I turned the dimmer and no change to those lights. All other lights dim except those.

Mine do not dim with the dimmer switch. I think they are distracting and annoying. I pulled fuse 26 from the engine bay fuse box, but the lights stayed on. Ended up disconnecting the power to the mirror (1LZ.) Beware, however, if you disconnect the power on a 2LZ or 3LZ car you will lose the auto dimming feature.

Solved the OnStar light problem soon after I got the car three years ago. Particularly the red and blue lights are very distracting as you continually scan the mirror. Occationally wondered what was behind me! Just need some electrical tape and a hole punch!

Mine dim most of the time, but do stay bright occassionally and I've not identified the cause.

I think I am going to black out mine. The red and blue lights at night always makes me think there is a LEO behind me (lol)

Yes, mine have started to dim again! It's weird. They replaced the OnStar module on my car and thought they didn't program it properly. My dealer told me none dim lol.
