2017 Z06 produced!!!

Got a notice that my car has been produced and they gave me the VIN number. Looks like there were 13 ahead of mine. Just made my Monday

That is great. I have been following yours and several others allocation and ordering process on the other thread. I will begin following this thread as well to see how long it takes to deliver. My TPW is 10/10/16.

So does your VIN end with 0000014 or similar then? A low sequence number in other words?

yes the last 5 digits are 00014

I assume that these cars will be held for the initial QC checks, maybe a week or two.

Great news!

My very late 2016 sat in QC for 2 weeks. After QC it took 3 days to get to the world's largest Corvette dealer. My car came with a blue QC sheet and it had 22 miles on it.

It says something about the car going through extra QC checks. That is why my factory order came off the truck with 22 miles rather than 2 miles. I'll scan it later tonight. FWIW, my car has been trouble free so all is good.

I know how that feels waiting for a car versus just walking into a showroom and driving it home. So worth it when you finally get behind the wheel. Congrats!

I could be mistaken, but I believe that the manufacturer reserves the "000001" VIN, so yours actually might have had twelve ahead of yours, instead of 13 . . .
