Default RadioFlyer

Anyone have any suggestions on contacting the vendor RadioFlyer? I bought a set of the Bi-Xenon headlights and one of the low beam bulbs went out after only a few hours of use. I've tried to email from here on the forum and also went to their web site and tried contacting them from there. I've gotten no response.

Give him time he is having family issues. I'm sure it will be settled soon.

I ordered a set of his lights and was expecting a huge delay with regard to what's been going on lately with him but nope. Only took a little over a week to get the lights.

Same thing happened to me. I emailed him on monday and he got back to the same day. I asked and even paid for two day shipping, he agreed and said he would get them out Tuesday. I still have nothing.

I've narrowed mine down to bad wiring. This is the second wiring problem I've had with them. Still haven't heard anything back from him.

I have not received an answer. I had the driver side low beam go out on my car. The wire came apart inside the connector on the bulb side, don't see a way to repair this.

I just installed my new lights in my C5 Z06 today. I had a couple of questions so I called George, once in the morning. He answered the phone and helped me through the problem I was having which was my fault. I then called him again in the afternoon, but missed him, but he called me back within half an hour. Turns out I downloaded the wrong instructions. George immediately emailed me the right one. He was extremely nice and very helpful. Thankyou George I appreciate your help and love my new lights! Just need to get them aimed tonight.

I am also having a wiring issue on one low beam, I jiggle the wire from the ballast to the light and it comes on. Then after a while the light goes out again. You guys experienced this?

My wire was coming loose inside the black connector. I had an issue when I first installed where one of the wire connectors was crimped on the iwire insulation and not making contact with the wire.
