-Both of these were installed on cars for fitment purposes, R&D, so they may have some minor run time, some scratches from install/removal, etc however are both in complete, 100% working order and include our full warranty to the purchaser!

Kit #1:
-Kit includes ceramic coating in custom Ceramic Gold/Titanium Mixture on all hot-piping (not shown on X-pipe but will have done for you prior to shipment) Ceramic will have some scratches from installation/removal
-Twin Comp Billet CT4 7479 Turbos, .96 a/r (Have the require minor grinding done on the compressor housing already!) Polished Covers. *No Run Time*
-Twin Turbosmart Hyper-gate 45 waste gates *No Run Time*
-Bell FMIC with all shroud and brackets =
-Cold Side Pipe and Inlet pipes Powdercoated Candy Red (Can coat any color you like for slight increase in cost) Scratches from multiple installs/removals
-Charge tubing will supply both our hard stainless version as well as the thick silicone for the buyer.

other then swapping out the a/c compressor to the included ctsV parts and oil pan any thing else need to be modded on the car? (cut, notched, relocated or hacked?)

how much ground clearance is lost? (if any)

how much HP with the smaller turbos?

we also include fabricated engine mount pedestals, so the only mods to the car would be some minor grinding on the front crossmember for turbo clearance and unused engine mount boss on the block. I also cut a notch in the fender area to allow tucking up of the cold side plumbing a little higher. Other than that really nothing, kit is extremely well thought out and complete, built to be as bolt on as possible while allowing you the most features possible in a kit! Ground clearance is excellent, nothing to worry about there either

with the smaller turbos and a stock cubic inch engine or close, they will spoil extremely quick and have no problem making 800+ RWHP!

What HP could I expect from each setup on a 427ci engine?

For a 427 you will want the setup with the larger 7479 turbochargers to keep it efficient. We had this set-up spec'd for a 427 actually so it is right what you are looking for and 1250+ RWHP
