Definitely not stock z06 wheels. That sidewall is huge too! Good lord those are fugly! Based on what little i can see, the center cap looks non-gm so I have to assume these are aftermarket. Maybe the museum made a concession to the buyer?
Z06 badge appears to be solid red as well.

Very curious, I know it is just the NCM camera angle, but it almost looks like a printed cover on the center of the wheels. And the size of the sidewalls on the tires?
And I thought I was the only one watching these NCM cameras during the work day

Just noticed the car also has the stage 3 front aero installed, which the museum typically does not do, even when requested.

I think the owner is participating in the NCM Experience which is similar to R8C Delivery. You bring your Corvette to the Museum and they clean it up and display your car in the delivery area of the Museum for the day. The cost is $500. You are also given a VIP Plant Tour along with a 1 year membership to the Museum, a wall plaque, a silver decal and a picture in front of the Museum. It sounds like a great opportunity especially if you weren't able to participate in R8C Museum Delivery when the car was originally manufactured.

Look at cam 6. You see a different perspective of the car on cam7, and it looks to me like the wheels on car 5,6,and 7 are the same wheel.
