John Z
I would like to inform to those that may be interested, that John Z has been hospitalized for several weeks. He is not receiving PM's or emails but if members are interested in sending a Get Well card, PM me and I will supply the address. The exact medical condition is unknown but he has revealed in past postings that he did have COPD.

Some very good news was just posted over on the NCRS TDB that John is out of the hospital and has been moved to a physical rehabilitation facility. Hard to keep a good man down. The world is a far better place with people like John in it.
Get well soon John.

OT - Thoughts and prayers for JohnZ
Hi all;
Off Topic, but of considerable interest to many of us...
JohnZ is in the hospital. No details available but he has been there a while.
Thoughts and prayers for one of the best people I have ever had the privilege to call "my friend".
An update: This info is posted on the NCRS Discussion Board as well as the Vetteheads forum, so I figured it was OK to share it here... (I have edited this info somewhat)
John Hinckley (JohnZ) is ill and has been in the hospital for over five weeks. He has been a very active member of the forum, a font of Corvette knowledge that he shared with anyone who asked. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and I am sure he was a friend to many of the rest of the Corvette community. He cannot be reached by phone or Email.

Hoping he has skilled doctors and good care, and a fast recovery!

Moderators may want to merge this with the other similar thread about JohnZ as I'm sure there'll be a ton of responses

Hope he has a smartphone or bedside computer handy so he can keep up with CF. As a St. Louis Assembly veteran, his contributions to us "antique lovers" of C1s and C2s have been INVALUABLE. Get well, we miss you!

He is a great wealth of information that can not be replaced.
I hope he gets well soon and can spread his knowledge again.

Having missed John's posts for more than a week, I had hoped his absence was not for this reason. I do miss his posts, as I never fail to learn something new about our hobby and life in general.
Our prayers are for a speedy recovery.
