Default C7Z Borla Catless X-Pipe + p0430

i have done the fuse pull as well as the borla x pipe without rear cats.
I have driven the car for 150ish miles like this & just now I threw p0430 for inefficient emissions.

Any clue why I threw a code? I thought rear cats weren't being monitored?

they r not monitored, so either you have a bad o2 or exhaust leak some where.

You're right on the exhaust leak. I started it up yesterday evening after work & I could hear it. Went back to shop & tightened the bolts down. Let's see if I the code disappears today.

I pulled the npp exhaust valves fuse (I think 42) but soon learned that you can control the valves from the in dash. So I put it back.
