Good price for a LT-4?
I am looking at a red LT4 with 63k on it for 9600. It looks to be cherry plus he has all new bushings and coilovers. What do you guys think?

Also check the A/C operation, and where it's blowing from. Sometimes there is more of a air blend door issue on the '96 as they operate a little differently, then the year(s) before. Best of luck.

Im in the market as well. I know recently a local well kept LT4 with 88k miles, new tires, both tops and no accident history sold north of $8000. If your car is clean and no history of damage id say its a good deal

I'm a C3 guy that's been looking for a LT4 and I've seen a BUNCH all with different conditions and prices. It is a bit crazy out there.
That price sounds very "in zone" for the miles.
Go for it

Just for a reference. I bought a 96 CE LT4, last year with about 68K miles on it, and I paid $9000 USD, I paid $11000 CDN so it comes to about $9000 USD (if I did my math correctly).

Cant get them transferred, only problem with it is it's torch red, not my color of choice. Anyone want to buy a blue 92?

133k and around 6500 interior is a 9+ no tears or holes in seats and exterior is beautiful, metalic blue.

He did race it, I race mine also but I backed out on it from putting together things he would mention about it.

in some cases a car that's raced is taken care of better then a car that's not but that's rare. Most racing a c4 race one because there cheap to buy and run into the ground and have a little fun doing it for not my $ outlay. Sorry if it bothers you but chev didn't make the lt1 to be able to take wide open high rpm racing. Its a street motor. Most who build a race motor at least use forged parts. Beat on an lt1 long enough and your going to have problems. Personaly I wouldn't give 5k for a car that had been raced. For the 9600 dollar asking price you can get a pristine lt4 coupe. I'm sure ill here the lt4 owners claim no way but like most of us we have a bit of an inflated view of what our c4s are worth. Seriously sell it and see what you actually are offered.
