I've been shopping 16 left over Z's and found one with basic aquipment (2LZ) and automatic. I have an 09 Z and I don't track the cars. We spend most of the time on long cruises so no need for all the Z options. The perspective replacement is LBR. It appears to be almost brown in some instances and then pops in the sun. I am a Blade Silver person (Although I did have an 07 Monterey Red that I liked). I am a little hesitant on pulling the trigger. However, the price is incredible, I can't get a 17 GS for the same $$. Need your opinion on LBR.

I've never thought my car looked brown. It does get darker, obviously, when not in direct light. It really pops in the sun, and looks fantastic. The only other color I would currently consider is Admiral Blue, which was not available when I ordered mine.

Mine is DSOM....but I really like the LBR...I think it's very classy and not super popular so you won't see one all the time. LBR with Kalahari looks nice!!
I love Long Beach Red, particularly with a tan interior.
Hard for me to disagree with that. I also don't track so went with then non-Z07 2LT with Nav/PDR. Added larger splash guards and body colored side skirts later. Very happy with my choices. --Bob

IMO it's one of the best colors ever on a Corvette. Mine gets alot of compliments. Don't see any brown in it. Deep maroon/Burgundy and similar to some of the other generation maroons, but richer looking. I also don't see much orange peel at all. Pleasantly surprised by that.
That is the ugliest color available on the Z06. It has no place on a car like this. Combine it with tan interior, chrome wheels, and an automatic, and you have the Corvette Retirement Edition. But it speaks to the demographic, I guess...

As the saying goes, opinions are like a$$ -----, everyone's got one. Mine is a 7 speed manual. I was rowing gears when you were probably in diapers.
They don't look bad in any color but to me LBR is towards the top of the list
I agree, the Z looks good in any color.
Of course, some better than others.
I wasn't dead set on LBR.
It had more to do with the option list than the color
There was 2 Zs at the dealer: LBR and Black.
They were both 3LZ, but the Black one had $3500 in wheels on it and I passed.
Love LBR, yet the Black would have been fine too.

LOL . . . Based on CF consensus, maybe we can get a group by on AW coupe, AR interior, black wheels, and M7 tranny . . .
I really didn't think I would like this color. When I went to spring mountain I was really blown away by how nice it is. The truth is every single Z06 color is bad ***. Everyone has their own preferences.
The only downside to that color is Torch Red is the fastest
