Hey guys

Planning on a new D type steering wheel and also new leather seats.

But i need some opinions on this bad and good. I have a cashmere interior and the exterior is Montery red. So was thinking about doing a new set of leathers with the inserts being Montery Red. How do you all think this would look? Or should i maybe go with something like the titanium inserts i have seen pictures of that and they look nice. But im trying to tie in the exterior color.

So let's here what u all think

Do you have any pics to accompany your written language?
By your description, I would bring some exterior color inside.

I have all the color match pieces (tombstone, power switches, vents, etc..) in Victory Red. I really didn't like the VR with the cashmere interior so have been converting the interior with more black (carpet, seats, console lid).

I have seen some MR with the same color match pieces and to me it looks so much better with the cashmere than the VR. Very rich looking.

If you can get the inserts to match MR, it would tie in with the other items you have in that color. Take a pic when you finish up. Really love those two interior colors together.

To me, it depends on how much cashmere you leave in the car, like door panels, console (not lid, the actual base), lower dash (below black), etc. Because if you add titanium which is actually kind of close to cashmere in some lighting, you will have four colors in the interior: ebony, titanium, cashmere and red. For me, that would be too much.

I would like to get Monterey Red inserts for my seats, but I'm not confident of a good colour match.
