A couple pics from my commute home
I don't take this route every day, but try to at least a couple times a week. It's a great way to unwind after a trying day at the office. I rarely even come across another car and when I do, they are usually very cool on this road to pull aside and let me pass them.
It's about 22 miles of mountain road with a few tight switchbacks. pretty much 2nd and 3rd gear the whole way. These two shots are in the most open sections actually.

No thanks Ksurfer2.
I have well paid my dues in that world, and with a manual shift too.

Great photos, those roads look fun! There are some like that in N GA that I frequent some in the fall and spring that are great for viewing leaves changing colors or blooming!

Nice stretch of road. Traffic in town here is hell, but weekend drives out of town are another story.

This is pretty special as well, and in Eastern Canada, there is no real busy time, it's always open roads.
Here is a pic from one of our summer road trips to the neighbouring province of Nova Scotia (Cabot Trail)
The fall foliage in the same area.

The trail is 180 miles in length, best travelled from the west to east. There is about 100 miles of roadway following the coastline on both west and eastern sides, similar to the pictures, which are of the western side of Cabot Trail.
It's really beautiful and fun to drive.

Wow beautiful roads and colors which I miss.
The only color change down here in South Florida are some trees that have flowers and of course all the Snow Birds arriving with their different state color plates.
