Default '67 Vette and 2015 C7

Joe Biden gets rare permission to drive his '67 Corvette, proceeds to burn rubber.

Enjoy!

Beautiful car...

But seriously, permission to drive his own car (yes I read the bit about "standing VP...blah...blah...blah")? Let's say the he had the misfortune to wreck badly and be unable to perform his duties; what then, anarchy?

JB: "Gentlemen, I'd like to hoon my 'Vette."
SS: "I don't know sir, paragraph 8981, article 56b states "no standing VP..."
JB: "Yeah, yeah, just give me the keys Fred!"
SS: "Oki doki." *leans over to partner and whispers* "God help us if he rolls over,
that'll leave the President in charge..."

No kidding. Biden is such a class act - he's forgotten more about professionalism and statesmanship than the two front running candidates have in total. He's Presidential......the others, not so much.

The 327/350 that was driven, if it has a 3.70 rear, was the best street engine of all the 67 engines it is pure throttle heaven-maybe even more so than my C7. I drove a friend's 67 awhile back and giving it gas in third at about 40 is a pure rush.

Good for Joe Biden-cool guy.

I thought I heard someone call it a "327, 300 hp" but I could be wrong. Hard to miss the 350 tag on the air cleaner. But his two sons did have the engine rebuilt, so maybe it was changed.... Beautiful car.
