Purchased a new 2016 2LZ Z06 Coupe on 9/2/16!
Just wanted to share with all of you my new car, a 2016 2LZ Z06 Coupe with the level 2 Aero. Previously owned a 2014 3LT Stingray convertible and made the mistake of selling it and buying a Mustang GT350. I wanted back into the Corvette world and doubled down on this beautiful machine. It's stock except for the factory mudguards. I just had my car fully wrapped in paint protection film and then CQuartz Finest on top of that. The installer did an amazing job. I was totally blown away. I got a smoking deal here in SoCal. MSRP was $92,945, paid $76,151. How could I pass that up? Let me know what you think.. Steve

I was also looking at the Gt350 before buying my Z.Dealer wanted 20k over sticker.Was a easy choice for the Z for 14k under sticker.What didnt you like about the gt350?

Congrats and you'll love the additional 200hp a lot. Give us your thoughts on the differences between the Z51 and the Z06 when you get some seat time in this beauty.

Friend of mine recently got the Roush 670hp pkg installed in his 16 Mustang GT and I had to spend about two hours waiting at the dealership when we went to pick it up. Couldn't help but notice a white GT350 on the showroom floor. Beautiful car... that had an amazing presence but when I started looking at it in detail... I started seeing that the car had tons of panel rub paint chips, head lights didn't line up well with the fender and the bumper, stick on strips were disgusting, additional plastic trim on the front bumpers didn't line up properly at all. It was a brilliant car excecuted poorly. Not sure this car is ever worthy of any premium that these dealers are asking.
