Default Mid Texas Meet

Hey Texas guys, Fully Vetted (Dave) and I are putting together a Mid Texas meet in Buffalo, Tx tentative for Dec. 10th. This will be the 4th one we've done in last 2 years. Gotten better each time. We had 7 show in June. These are always fun wives and girlfriends are invited...if they know each other! We usually do pot luck for food and everyone brings something. So post up if you can make it. If you have questions, PM me and I'll give you my number. You Dallas guys get hold of Fully Vetted for more details as we get closer.

I'm in if I can; my daughter is taking a new job in NYC and may require moving assistance.

Hopefully she will have it figured out on her own and I can zip down!

Count me in plus 1 for Dallas contingent. I'd love to see other ZR-1s on the road. I was out playing around today after fixing my fuel sender. I'm about to go pick up my little girl from daycare too. I thought I might take it... she is always fascinated by either 'vette.

Hope the traffic on I-45 is better than last time out of Conroe!

More fun at speed than rowing gears at 25-50 mph..

I'm looking pretty solid so far. Do we want to have a Dallas-ish "meet up" and caravan down?

I live in NE Tarrant, so I'll be shooting down 114 to catch 45, but a meet up at North Park Mall, may make the 75 to 45 easy?

We need an ETA for buffalo and exact location. We could meet at North Park but I avoid it, especially this time of year. Somewhere near I45 and I20 would probably be easiest and less crowded. I'm flexible though. I thought we already have a member from Big D that has gone before. I have not.

Yep. I'm happier to drive 360 to 20. My car likes 70mph verses stop and go.

Dave,

Can you post up directions again for the Dallas group?

Shelley Park, just north of Buffalo on the frontage road..

I think we all try to get there by about 11:00 am..

Yeah, I'll get all that up later today on both sites. If there's anyway for you guys to get there before 11 it would be great. Holding spots after 10 starts to get difficult. Had to shoot a guy last time. And almost got shot when we met at Salt Licks.

Dallas guys...I'm coming from Rowlett. I'll find a spot around 20 and 45 here in a couple of days to meet. There's a couple of big commercial properties right on the SB side of 45 that would be easy to meet at.

This is gonna be a good meet. Several new faces. Three from Dallas? Are you kidding me??? Starting to reel you in, Mike.

Back in town after few days. I'm ok with getting there earlier. I'll be there right after Fully Vetted gets beat up. Too old to fight sorry. Who's all in? Come on Houston guys, Dallas guys have a few this time. Can't let them out do us. Don? Ike? We can meet on 45 in Conroe as usual or anywhere that's convenient. Js0606 and I live fairly close to 45 and Woodlands. Thoughts?

I'll be there, ZR-1 is still down but gives me an excuse to bust out the Z28.

Early is good for me too; It would be good for me to get home for dinner and keep the rest of my household happy!

Your Z is perfectly welcome. Glad to see you can make it.

Yeah, Bill. This isn't a late event at all. We usually break it up around 3 or 4.

We should have some guys from San Antonio, as well. Hopefully Mark and Joe can make it up.

Dallas group - If you want to meet around 45 and 20 let me know.

Stay safe everyone!
