Default Corbeau Evolution X seats just installed

And they look/feel great! I'm 6ft, 38" waist and broad shouldered and I fit just fine..In fact I feel they're quite roomy when I feared they may be snug. Awesome shoulder support, and sit lower too. Look great when viewing inside the car via the front windscreen and rear window as well. I also installed a fire extinguisher mount to the front of the passenger seat.

The red stitching works well with the car being torch red. All in all way better than stock in all respects. Used non electric rails as supplied by Corbeau. Will tuck my mint factory sport seats away in the garage.

Photos to come as its 7pm here and the lights fading..

Excuse the crappy cellphone picts...My garage is dark and the lighting in there is not so good. Will take better ones in the daylight. My pict is, well, to show Im not exactly mr skinny and I fit those seats easy as...and also to put a face to the name outlawtorn LOL.

Opps...You need to twist yr head sideways to view LOL...I see theres a lil plastic bit laying on the floor in front of my extinguisher..MMMM..better picts to follow

This is gonna be my first big mod next year where did you get them??? Did you get the lumbar support, or heated seat option??? How do they feel back support wise?

It's too bad these are vynil only. I'd be all over a suede set.

Hate anyhing leather as it sweats and slides.

They look great. Are they fixed backs, no recline? What about the double logos? I might have to do these. The Recaros I'd like are not supposed to fit. The car or my wallet.

The double logos, especially the large one, is a deal breaker for me.

If you buy the Evolution X's with the black stitching, instead of the red, you lose the smaller red logo.

Funny I ordered the ones without red stitching and they sent wrong ones, but actually kept them , and used the theme throughout car... Steering wheel, boots arm rests etc .. Looks great !

OP : how is you fire extinguisher fixed to passengers seat?

Hi, Got them from Vivid Racing AZ, Didn't go for heated seats as its not my daily driver. I have a BMW 335 with heated seats and hardly ever use that function and quickly turn it off anyways.

Support is great, but then I also have no back issues so I guess its subjective. But I felt right at home and super comfy. In fact, it makes me look forward to driving my car even more now.

Yes, they are fixed backs..I find them perfect for me. My cars red and I wanted the red stitching...The double logos , well, I can live with it as you cant see em when your driving your car right..and my cars too awesome for anyone to shred it over my double seats logos lol. I'd just slap em if they s******ed.

I have seen on here, someone who used some sort of dye to make the white logo near naked to the eye, certainly way more camo. I will look into doing the same possibly, although I can live with it at this stage. I'd need to know it wouldn't look, amateur.

I have to admit, after suffering with the stock C5 seats, when I snuggle down into the Evolution X and fire the engine, I get a bit of a woody

Yes, definitely makes the car feel and appear more muscular than the crappy stock seats thats for sure. The interior is now starting to be somewhat in tune with the exterior. Just need a decent steering wheel.

Whats the cheapest you guys have found them ? There's a vendor on here with free shipping but seems he marked his price up to make up the difference . I'm ready to get a set but would like the best price available like everyone else.
