Default Liking my new outdoor C7 cover!

I ordered it from CCA, a forum vendor, just before Chip put his 10% off sale on which I still think is in effect. It came in today and here is what I like so far:

1. Nice material and smooth, no scratch interior finish. Not a fleece as it is outdoor coverage.

2. Sides go to the concrete and will keep some leaves out in carport.

3. Airport tether ring at center to secure on the C7 if desired.

4. Mirror pockets and overall fitment is great.

5. One person placement on C7 is easy.

6. Back elastic can be anchored on license plate top if exhaust is hot as it does not have metallic heat barrier installed.

7. We get horrible spring pollen and being in a carport I will not be using my California duster as much with this addition.

Comes without the optional stuff bag and tether/locks and arrived 16 days from the order date.

Happy happy.

Obviously a custom fit not just a big bag.

Rear placed over exhaust but would have it on license plate if I had just driven it.

I went with all yellow but had lots of other colors to choose from including two tone options which cost a tad more and CCA was best price after doing a lot of research.
I got a yellow cover so the pollen won't show on my new cover as much come Spring.

Terrific, appreciate the write-up! Covers are across the board in quality, so you've saved peeps a lot of trial & error.

felkebg. Thanks for the write up. My car is temporarily parking in the drive way until we finish the interior of the garage. I've been using a cover from microbead to protect it from the elements. Does this cover offer any protection against the elements? moisture/dew/drizzle etc?

Yes. It is made by Coverking and it is fully rated for outdoor use and is called Stormproof.

Take a look at this link:

Per request, here is the tether ring I will use on trips with two matching padlocks I have.

My tether is a bit heavy thus the use of two identically keyed master locks will do the trick.
